What I learned: How to make homemade marshmallows.

How I learned it: Saw them in a magazine years ago and always wanted to try it out. Found a recipe online and just did it! They are a little messy, but once you get it, it is easy to make them! what is great about homemade marshmallows is that you control the size & thickness. So if you want to make them fit on graham crackers for s'mores, then you can make them square/rectangle! Very cool indeed!
