Hey there all you lucky croppers coming up in April! I just wanted to let you know that I'm posting the menu early so you can make any necessary meal plans if what I am serving doesn't meet any dietary restrictions you have. I do always offer a vegetarian (not vegan) version of the meals. Let me know if you are a vegetarian or would prefer the veggie version for any of the meals.
Friday, breakfast: Fruit, Yogurt & Granola Parfaits with coffee and juice.
Friday, lunch: Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwiches or Veggie BBQ, Mom's Macaroni Salad, Chips and an Ice Cream Sandwich
Friday, dinner: (Timeless Destinations with a pre-set menu)
Friday, late night snack: Cheesy Popcorn & Classic Candies
Saturday, breakfast: Blueberry Pancakes & Bacon or Facon with coffee and juice.
Saturday, lunch: (Not included, I would recommend the Wellsboro Diner)
Saturday, afternoon snack: Citrus San Pellegrino & Sherbert Floats and Hot Pretzels with Dip
Saturday, dinner: Baked Eggplant Parmesan Crisps (appetizer), Dijon Grilled Chicken or Dijon Grilled Quorn, Twice Baked Potatoes, Roasted Veggies & Rolls
Saturday, late(er) dessert: Dark Chocolate Fondue Station with lots of "dunkers"
Sunday, breakfast: Orangescicle Smoothies and Sausage, Egg & Cheese Cups or Veggie Sausage, Egg & Cheese Cups
Sunday, lunch: Spinach & Feta Brunch Rings, Fresh Fruit and Flourless Cupcakes with Vanilla Ice Cream
Each day I'll have assorted drinks like: Flavored Iced Teas, Lemonade, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Water and some Sodas.
